These Terms govern your use of talk2know. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

talk2know is a learning platform with communities, courses/lessons, teachers, and an official companion that helps guide your path. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may sign in with email/password or supported social providers (Google, Apple, Facebook).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass others, post illegal content, or misuse communities.
• Attempt to break security, scrape private data, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate educators or misrepresent AI-generated help as human when the product labels it otherwise.
• Use the service to violate others’ intellectual property or privacy.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant talk2know a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the product (including AI assistance you request).

5. AI features

Companion and AI Teachers can be wrong. Use them as learning aids, not as sole authority for exams, medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions. Verify important answers with trusted sources and educators.

6. Teachers and communities

Educators who create spaces are responsible for content they publish and for following applicable education and child-protection rules. talk2know may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-party services

Optional connections (for example Google Calendar or social login) are subject to those providers’ terms. talk2know is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, talk2know is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using talk2know and request deletion via Data deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
