User data deletion

Instructions for talk2know account and personal data removal · September 13, 2026

If you signed in with Facebook, Google, Apple, or email/password, you can request deletion of your talk2know account and associated personal data.

Option A — From the product (preferred)

Log in to talk2know.
Open Settings.
Choose account / privacy controls and request Delete account when available.
Confirm the request. We will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period.

Option B — Email request

Send an email to contato@talk2know.com with subject talk2know data deletion request and include:

The email address on your talk2know account
The sign-in method you used (email, Google, Apple, or Facebook)
A short confirmation that you want the account and personal data deleted

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing deletion.

What we delete

Account profile and authentication links (including social login links to talk2know)
Personal learning preferences and private conversation history tied to your identity
Calendar connection tokens you authorized (we revoke where possible)

What may remain

Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
Records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance for a limited time
Content you posted in shared communities that other members still need for continuity — we may anonymize authorship instead of removing every shared post
